If you need your order sooner than the listed production timeframe, please contact us for availability and pricing before placing your order. We are happy to accommodate whenever possible. Rush fees may apply.
Do you offer customization?
Most items in the Rand Leather shop can be customized. Matt also specializes in custom, one-off pieces. Please contact us to discuss your order.
Do you accept returns & exchanges?
Rand Leather generally does not accept returns or exchanges, except where required by law, due to the handmade-to-order nature of our products. However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us so we can work with you on a resolution.
When will my order ship?
Since each item is handmade to order, production time varies. Generally speaking, all orders ship within 4-6 weeks of receipt. Please see individual items for estimated ship times. If you need an expedited order please contact us to arrange. Rush fees may apply.
How will my order ship?
All domestic (US) orders ship via USPS priority mail and usually arrive within 3-7 business days of ship date. A tracking number will be emailed when the order ships. All orders are shipped in plain packaging and show “RAND” as the return address. Rand Leather is not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit.
Do you offer international shipping?
International orders ship via USPS priority flat rate mail and usually arrive within 6-10 business days of ship date. A tracking number will be emailed when the order ships. Buyers are responsible for paying any additional customs fees or taxes that may apply. Rand Leather is not responsible for delays due to customs. All orders are shipped in plain packaging and show "RAND" as the return address. A Customs Declaration will be filled out as discreetly as allowed by law and list the full value of package contents, no exceptions. Buyer is responsible for any additional fees or taxes that may apply. Rand Leather is not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit.
