Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of each item, Rand Leather generally does not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact matt@randleather.com for a resolution.

 

Domestic (US) Shipping

All orders ship via USPS priority mail and usually arrive within 3-7 business days of ship date. A tracking number will be emailed when the order ships.

All orders are shipped in plain packaging and show “RAND” as the return address.

Rand Leather is not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit.

 

International orders ship via USPS priority flat rate mail and usually arrive within 6-10 business days of ship date. A tracking number will be emailed when the order ships.

Buyers are responsible for paying any additional customs fees or taxes that may apply. Rand Leather is not responsible for delays due to customs.

All orders are shipped in plain packaging and show "RAND" as the return address. A Customs Declaration will be filled out as discreetly as allowed by law and list the full value of package contents. Buyer is responsible for any additional fees or taxes that may apply.
